Pros
You receive pretty good pay once you have a few years established which is the only thing that really keeps most people there even though they are miserable. There is also good benefits (401k, health/vision/dental insurance)
Cons
Extreme micromanaging. If you are a hard worker you get praised with... MORE WORK. You have to help everyone who is behind (which is not the problem) it is more that those who fall behind have absolutely no accountability or repercussions. They call themselves a family but really you are just another number working for the man. It becomes extremely draining and after 7 years you only get a pin and glass Geico thing. The numbers are unrealistic and they don't even care for their customers, it's just knock out things as fast as you can, taking advantage of anyone or anything in your way. Promotions are very political, you could be #1 in the department but they won't take you just because they might favor the other person.
