Cons
Lack of vision and direction from senior management | it always comes back to just G.S.D No more Profit sharing which was a big selling point | without PS you're getting paid below market value. Layoffs happen every 6 months now | No Job Security If you don't have an engineering background, they don't want you. GEICOlike to think of themselves as the "Amazon of Insurance" but They are on the 3rd CTO now and still don't know what they are doing. They fired all the people with tenure and insurance industry experience so I suspect they will be paying substantial amounts to the insurance commission for violations.
