Pros
They sell you amazing dreams when you first start there. The American dream of actually being able to afford what you want in life. Now while they do have great pay, you’d better believe you’re going to work for it. If you don’t like micromanaging this is not the job for you. I was moved from a team, from a supervisor whom I thought we had a wonderful relationship, but when I fell sick and asked for ADA accommodation she switched me from her team. I assume because my metrics were effecting her team as a whole. I’m not upset though it was a great learning experience. I also got to walk away with my 6-20 license for FL Claims. Happily quit and will be starting at Progressive soon (who’s company has gain sharing
Cons
Supervisors don’t care about associates Only thing anyone cares about is metrics
