Culture is highly toxic Micro management Unrealistic expectations The company management changes goals mid year and does not tell associates at non Management levels anything. When end of year reviews came out supervisors were not advised how upper managers developed the associate ratings. Many of the highest rated associates received pennies in raises while the company had a record recovery year. There are no opportunities to advance your career and in 2023 20% of the workforce was laid off. Insurance benefits have been dwindled down and many medications such as insulin are not covered unless you join a program called Twin. I constantly work 12+ hour days just to keep my team number up because the company refused to replace associates who left the company.
