      Great Supervisors in the homeowner sales dept, the direct reporting managers were great to work with and caring.

      Cons

      Horrible upper management, will lie Straight to your face and tell you the new bonus structure will not affect the top agents when it does, They lied and said if you're doing well at home and meeting all your metrics we don't see that you'd ever have to come back to the office but in January we had to come back basically full-time. Overall being stuck to the headset and being micromanaged isn't the job I want.

      Pros

      Decent pay and remote work.

      Cons

      Poor management at all levels, and high turnover in the IT department. Profit sharing was initially offered when I started in 2013 but disappeared after covid. Management laid off most of the IT staff that had the technical and insurance knowledge in favor of bringing in new staff to transition GEICO into a tech company. Not sure what the status of the IT department is in 2026.
