Pros
-Flexible Schedule options / PTO -Hybrid Environment ( 1 day a week in office ) -Benefits / Great 401k
Cons
Metric system flawed (How you are rated as an adjuster) Ex- If you speak with a customer and they call back within 15 biz days you are negatively impacted. Your Direct Supervisor ? Highly likely they will micromanage you. ( there are teams that force you to share your screen the entire day to "ensure productivity" ) Far too customer focused. Customers get to rate their call experience from poor, neutral, very good or excellent. Surveys can make or break you. Sometimes its better to get none at all than to get one back that is less than excellent. Not to mention, you're not always giving the best news, therefore having this be worth nearly 30% of your overall rating can really bring you down. And last but not least, The company is always changing the goalpost.
