Stay away. Awful company to work for - ICS Associate GEICO Employee Review

President of the company is running it into the ground and should be fired immediately. Mind you I'm in the to 90% of metrics but the metrics they put forward are terrible and relies alot on luck. This company hates their employees, every year they take away more and more like getting rid of profit sharing, giving us crappie insurance each year, lowering our raise percentage each year if your lucky to get one, and piling more work on us. Senior management has no business running a company anywhere other than to the ground. They reduced their workforce from 40000 to 30000 so they could say they were 'profitable' and feed their shareholders; and know their wonder why we're understaffed.
