Giving one star cause it cannot go lower - Analyst GEICO Employee Review

Toxic environment within the team and across the whole department. Racist (leadership is mainly Asian and they are racist against anyone that's not Asian or white). Chaotic management, unclear/uneven task assignment, forcing us to work overtime without directly saying so, making it look like it's our own choice; hidden rules on top of company policies; impossible to work across departments cause no one will cooperate; promotion is based on who's closer to the manager; no career development, little salary raise, no bonus. There's so much more but I think I've said enough to make a clear point.
