Pros
• Good benefits such as medical, vision, 401k etc. good one day one. • Pay for your license to sell insurance. . Gym, market store inside so you never have to leave.
Cons
It’s a call center. They will micromanage every second of your life while you work there 7.75 hours. Here’s the catch, they schedule everyone for 38.75 hours so in the event that you work just a tiny bit of overtime they pay you the regular rate, up until you reach 40 hours. They will take your vacation time if you go over a minute for you break. If you go over your break, are late by just a minute you will get an occurrence. 3 occurrences is grounds for termination. So do yourself a favor, if you have the ability to speak to people in person, like sales, go sell cars, go in the vacation sales business, anything but a call center that has a training class of 80 people and they have you in 2 separate classrooms on a zoom call doing a training. WE COULDVE DONE THAT AT HOME
