The only one pro about this position in this company is that you have a flexible schedule in office.
Cons
The leads are terrible. The company purchases the cheapest leads possible and then recirculates them for 10 years. Very aggravating spending the majority of your day dispositioning leads that could never result in a "sale" for yourself. The company also does not pay on the first 4 business owners that you have attend the 8 hour "time share" meeting. Generational does not provide adequate support to their employees, breaks labor laws requiring their employees to clock out for mandatory lunch for meetings, and has no confidentiality with sensitive employee information. The company lies to their employees on anything and if you question their system for progression, they will attack your integrity. This is a company that preaches their core values for the employees but does not practice them their selves. There is no room for growth within the company.
