Horrendous leadership. - Sales GEODIS Employee Review

Terrible leadership, have no sales experience and aren’t fit to be leaders. They are just order takers that refuse to make any beneficial changes to their failing operation. Training is awful too. Don’t know how to train/build real talent nor promote from within. Underpay severely. Pay is not competitive at all. Lots of useless politics there and company is a massive revolving door.
