Geodis discriminates with total bias - Anonymous employee GEODIS Employee Review

Unorganized discriminative towards particular employees without reasoning. They set expectations and aren't even organized enough for the employees to reach them. If you're waiting for replenishments but there's nobody to replenish they want you to stand there and look stupid. Dont sit on the floor on pallets or on the product. Stand there or push a broom in an already spotless warehouse because EVERYBODY is pushing a broom or waiting on something because upper management doesn't do their job. Oh and did I mention they discriminate?!!!
