Pros
I worked at the corporate office and there was a lot of pushes to engage the employees (some ideas were better than others). Pay was a solid rate with steady performance raises. The CEO is connected with the employees and does his best to remember all who work around him. Benefits were also pretty decent. Not the best but I was mostly taken care of.
Cons
The company as a whole struggles to get diversity up the chain of command. But my biggest issue was middle management. The director of my department essentially disappeared for the last year +. He held no meetings with anyone besides the man he was grooming for a promotion. No goals were set, no guidelines and no projects were accomplished at this time. There was no growth. No plans. And I was left high and dry multiple times without any support. I still do not know where he disappeared to or how this was never addressed by the up--line. I tried to address it multiple times and was shut out. This manager caused me to leave the company.
