Pros
We were not tied to a forty hour work week, our time was based on workload. The staff and front office folks were friendly. As a manager, I was given a lot of latitude to run my operation.
Cons
HR was the worst. Pay and leave system was a mess. No solid guidelines or references to follow. No guidance given as a manager. No input on hiring, and when short-staffed, there was no urgency in restaffing efforts.
