Horrible Job - Operations Supervisor GEODIS Employee Review

A lot of favoritism from leadership and HR. Let some people get away with anything and others they want to hold accountable immediately. Very hostile work environment . A lot of teammates are afraid to speak up due to them not wanting to get into trouble. No HR/ leadership support on site for 2nd shift issues at all. Majority of leadership sit up front and giggle all day unless we had a visit then they actually try to “clean” and work on the floor.
