The company has great health benefits and profit sharing. People are very friendly and management gives you opportunities to help you achieve your long term goals. The company is also very receptive to ideas for improvement.

Cons

Depending on the area you work in there can be fiberglass dust which irritates the skin if you don't wear gloves. Plus, it will lightly smell like styrene which doesn't bother me but isn't for everyone.
