The company team members did not take the right steps when racism was reported to them - Consulting GEP Employee Review

Reported a manager someone who was abusive to their coworkers and said racist things like don't let anyone who is Asian present in a meeting because of their accent. I reported it to two separate senior managers and they chose to do absolutely nothing about it.
