Pros

No work–life balance. Daily working hours are typically 12–14 hours, making it difficult to maintain personal well-being. Frequent weekend work. Almost two weekends every month are spent working due to UAT and Production releases, with little advance planning. Poor project and requirement management. PMGs often lack clarity on user stories. Even during grooming sessions, only minimal understanding is shared because the requirements themselves are not well understood. Release-driven pressure culture. As UAT dates approach, teams are expected to work late nights and weekends to provide continuous support. Reactive execution. Most planning happens late, resulting in rushed fixes, rework, and unnecessary stress.

Cons

Nothing to mention here, it's totally west of Time
