Pros
Numerous organizations label themselves as "open" and often fail to walk the talk. We are in an era where labeling one's organization culture as "open" is highly fashionable! GEP, however, does wear the tag with a certain sense of responsibility and seriousness that is often found lacking elsewhere. Open-door policies (with senior leaders), a 360 degree / cross-team feedback mechanism, deep focus on innovation and change initiatives (readily sponsored by senior executives and rewarded through appropriate measures), skip-level discussions, are a few measures that rightly imparts gravity to GEP's claims of facilitating an 'open culture'. GEP is also a fast-expanding set-up and has already built a very impressive portfolio of clients. The opportunity to engage with Fortune 100, 500 & 2000 companies and influence certain key business decisions makes work highly stimulating and engaging! Additionally, a rapidly expanding business set-up also means non-linear growth opportunities for the deserving stakeholders! Employees come first for GEP - and does everything possible to make one's life at work easy and a memorable experience. Transport facilities, work-from-home policies, reward & recognition program (KUDOS), regular employee counselling sessions, among a host of other initiatives certainly helps employees remain motivated and focused on work!
Cons
Can't think of any glaring downsides of working at GEP. The hours can, at times, get a tad long which is true of every organization that presents a steep learning curve to its employees!
