Pros
Awesome, fun-loving people who know how to have a good time. Lots of knowledge and experience walking around and very little to no hierarchical barriers.
Cons
Can feel disconnected because people are all over the US and world (aka not in Clark). A lack of communication regarding staffing practices and a lack of organization on simple thing like HR, visas, etc
