One of the best company i have ever working for. GEP gives you complete ownership and responsibility of what you hired for and good in. Mid-level management and leadership is best in their respective domains. It's growing organization and people are aggressive with crystal clear goals of reaching at top in procurement management space. Perks are best, facilities provided are best. Logistics provided to employees are best in their class. Cons
Nothing i can think of right now, except lot of work, which is not a cons if you are here to prove your metal. There is no space for non-performance in GEP.
