If you are ambitious and eager to grow, don’t worry GEP will make sure to drain up your last ounce of desire. False promises are the most convenient answer management can give you. Many top management have no background and knowledge in what they are managing. Absolutely no department strategy nor goals, you won’t hear from your team leaders unless information is needed from you. Management gets all the perks and flexibility and others are only born to serve. No manner and ethic from some senior leaders, who take all the glory and your name will only be mentioned when there is a mistake. Unequal pay, disparity in treatment, are not uncommon. No performance review, only formality. Absolutely no training and career advancement whatsoever, because the department lead won’t even know your job responsibilities. People are leaving like crazy, many left within the first 3 month. Smart people will get frustrated very soon, once they see the disorganized structure and phony senior managers. If you are politically correct and have enough power, don’t leave, as all you need to do is to collect your paycheck.
