Pros

GEP has some good people but outside of that, there is not a single positive thing to say about this place.

Cons

- No senior leadership at GEP. They have a SLT but there is zero actual leadership coming from it. - No brand awareness. The Marketing team is horrible. No one knows who GEP is. - No partner strategy whatsoever. Everyone they hire for a partner role leaves within a few months - Terrible low pay for the same roles done at other Software or Consulting organizations. - No career growth and even if you do manage to get promoted you are still underpaid. - The arrogance at this place is over the top. - Company has no idea if they are a software company or a consulting company.
