Pros
1. Hectic workload which gives an opportunity to learn, work and grow at a faster pace. 2. Working on newer technologies prepares you for the outer world and keeps you up with the latest industry standards. 3. The work environment is really good. Relaxation in dressing code and spoken languages gives employees the freedom to express themselves without hesitation.
Cons
1. Poor workload management skills when an employee goes on leave even on planned ones, putting the excess burden on the other team members. 2. Poor employee retention and even poorer employee replacement policies, again putting the burden on other members of the team. 3. No concept of sick leaves. Planned leaves allotted is 1.75 per month which should be increased to 2 or 2.25 keeping sick leaves in mind.
