The leadership team is a bunch of privileged, narcissistic, self-serving individuals that are looking out for themselves and how much money they can make. Employees are treated like disposable toys that can be replaced at any time with cheap labor in India. There are few people in power, everyone else just has a title with little clout. The CEO yells, shouts and insults anyone, anywhere at any time! It does not matter if it is in a public or private setting he will attack and insult you if he feels like it. GEP sells the dream even if it can't deliver as long as money is coming in. Don't believe all the positive reviews, there is a campaign to have people leave reviews to raise the company rating so they can continue to attract some poor souls who have no idea what they are getting into, that is if the job cannot be sent to India. The pay rate is way below market rate and what competitors pay their employees.
