Pros
I was fortunate enough to work for the P2P team. I was responsible to work more like a Full-stack developer which gave me a good amount of hands-on experience on various technologies. Considering it was my company, I had a very good experience and exposure. Collaboration with other teams is of utter importance which helps in understanding the working of the product. People are friendly enough to help you out in case of any difficulties.
Cons
Switching roles is difficult. If it is your first company, only then switch from being a tester to a developer (after a year) is allowed. People keep avoiding work by blaming various teams. If you are a tester, you will have to work over the weekend in case of UAT/production release. Work-life balance is pretty bad and you will probably have to work overtime occasionally.
