Very innovative, bold and experienced team of great people. Despite difficult times, GEP has held it's people together and surfed the tide with grace. Prompt in adapting to new normal quickly to ensure business, clients and employees do not get impacted in any way.
Cons
It's time that GEP recognizes the need to decentralize control on some aspects to established regions in able hands to ensure better control & management while respective work life balance of global team members. While recognizing and rewarding hard work there are two aspects where GEP has a huge elephant sitting in the room :- 1. Put a process in place to recognize individuals who are not great at blowing their own trumpet or marketing themselves. Just because they don't make noise, it doesn't mean they are to be ignored until they speak up or eventually decide to quit. 2. Not all Business Heads/Leaders are great at taking bold or right decisions when it comes to meritocracy. Factors like threat from juniors, trying to please everyone in the team or simply feeding the nagging child first might be leading to demotivating or losing great people.
