Pros
I am currently working with GEP for one year now. Based on my observations, I would say this is one of the best companies I worked so far. One important cultural aspect of this company is the absence of politics and power games, people are here quite strait forward and maintain open communication which is something uncommon in most of the companies today.
Cons
I feel that the company needs to concentrate on strengthening the internal systems and processes. Most of the employee feel they work 12 hours per day, 6 days a week and still not have sufficient time to get everything done. They begin to complain about "overload" and excessive stress. This is one of the symptoms of growth which needs to addressed ASAP, which help sustain the growth.
