Lots of work ensures you have lots to learn and there is a great scope for learning and improvement. Good transportation facilities. Very helpful people. Good work environment.
Cons
Worst work life balance. At times, you end up working 12-14 hours a day and might still be asked to work extra on weekend. You might not always be rewarded for your hard work unless you protest and are lucky enough to be heard upon.
