There are no pros to working at this company. The only pro is to not join if you're given the opportunity to join. Run and run as fast and as far as you can. A total waste of a company.
Cons
DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY IF YOU'RE SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR CAREER PROGRESSION. They'll train you for three days, then expect you to know everything. You'll get benched for months once rolled off a project and then if you're lucky, they'll throw you on a crappy project where you're not able to fully develop your skillset or learn thoroughly. Your project manager will most likely be MIA and you're then left to drown. It's a huge waste of time. Poor managers and staffing doesn't communicate about the project pipeline. BE AWARE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT'S A TRAP. Also, the five-star reviews you see on GOOGLE OR on this site are most likely from GEP Leadership.
