A horrifying experience - Product Analyst GEP Employee Review

Too many (i am writing this with the perspective of technology team) 1. No vision from management 2. No grooming 3. No trainings provided to harness the skills 4. HR organization organizes some real stupid trainings 5. Too much of internal politics 6. Too many deadlines to meet 7. Too much of effort is wasted in a bid to trap employees by designing unnecessary prototypes which most of the time are worthless 8. Senior mgmt is utterly confused of giving direction to the team
