Pros
-Good school : if you are lucky, you can be assigned to one of the "good accounts" and developp your skills and knowledge through interresting projects. -Good worklife balance and flexibility (only if you are not in consulting) -Relocation bonus and language allowance (additional bonus for language speaking)
Cons
-Low salary : salaries are below the market average, especially for leads/ Mid-senior level (30-50% less) -Limited growth : promotion cycle rules are changing every year with more conditions and criterias, limiting the possibility to grow in the company (now only once per year instead of twice) -Poor management and politics: Toxic managers who causes people to resign are promoted and the team is simply repaced by new joiners, who resign after few month. This shows favouritism and biased choices of the management creating a negative working environment. -Cultural gap : Most account's managers are now based in India, this create a gap in the management style for Europeans (Late hours requests, pressure, harrasment, no respect of privacy, ect) -Non responsive HR : you need to push them in order to get a reply, otherwise they text you only when they need something from you.
