Life at GEP can be manageable if you're lucky to work under a good manager. Unfortunately, my time there was negatively impacted by poor leadership. I faced micromanagement, especially during sensitive times like Ramazan, where even the minutes spent eating Iftaar were questioned. HR was not supportive and acted more like a formality than an advocate for employees. On the brighter side, the Gigaplex office had a good environment, and the food court was enjoyable. Things got better after I transitioned to Accenture.
