Unlimited overtime for those that want it. Decent Blue Cross Blue Shield, 401k, and PTO package.
Cons
Terrible company. Overworked and underpaid. 50-60+ hours per week. Zero bonuses, incentives, or appreciation. Extreme lack of maintenance. Management sweeps issues under the rug and never truly addresses them. Office staff constantly calls and nags the drivers. Always want you to do more, more, more with nothing in return. The list is endless!
