      Pros

      Decent salary . GFL bought out County Waste and pay hasn't changed. Benefits are good as well.

      Cons

      Very limited structure in Corporate procedures. Unrealistic work load expectations. GFL is a very large company and doesn't seem to be as organized as it should be.
