      Pros

      There are some very good people that work within this organization. Pay is good and scales up pretty quickly.

      Cons

      Benefits aren't the best and are steadily getting more expensive. The company has lost its small business "feel." GFL is growing so fast and buying so many other companies that HR and IT cant keep up. Nobody at the operational level knows what's going on.
