      Pros

      Work as many hours as you want. No need to worry about dot violations because they don't! Lots of stuff to find in dumpsters, or transfer station. Such as mountain bike, snowblower, girlfriend.

      Cons

      Poor equipment. Workday gets longer as the day goes on as there is too much workload for staff. New hires will make $3 hr/more than you are. And Rich Sutton really sucks
