1. Great co-workers 2. Great security 3. Very good benefits.

Cons

1. Don't pick the right tools to do the job. Try to push new, untested technologies just because management wants to make some random technology they bought to look good. 2. Every few months they lay off hundred of employees because they can't deal with the digital transformation and the fact that newspapers don't sell anymore.
