Pros

Hybrid work schedule Project diversity Benefits Little to No interaction with upper management. Some attempts made by management to entice employees to come to office(free lunch or breakfast).

Cons

Nepotism, cronyism, overstaffed middle management in all departments. Overstaffed non billable staff. Although, this seems to be rectified by recent layoffs. Design teams are understaffed and overworked. Employment uncertainty.

In person days, were boring, lack of people interacting in office You are not allowed to work on much as an intern working in civil engineering
