No one is here to congratulate you after bringing in 20 net new accounts except yourself and your family. This is for real hunters. If you can sell, and maintain self discipline and motivation this is the job for you. This place is built for true salespeople, self-starters, closers, and the kind of person who would rather bet on themselves than wait for someone to hand them an opportunity. If you want hand-holding, group hugs, and a manager checking on your feelings every 15 minutes, this is probably not for you.
