Leadership is forward thinking and planning for long-term growth. "Wellness Week" off in the summer. Variety of clients to be able to find your preference and niche.

Cons

Meetings and trainings can be scheduled at times that are convenient for PST, but not EST. Health insurance is a national plan, doesn't always have great local in-network options.

People are fun at work parties and other social events.

Cons

They are understaffed for their workload and as such, will assign you more work than you have capacity for. When you fail, there isn't any support for leadership, they won't give you timely feedback to correct any issues and won't allow you time to fix any issues when you finally get formal feedback (saw this issue at my level and for employees at lower levels). You also won't get any credit for how much you are working, so wouldn't suggest doing more than absolutely needed.
