- Great pay and benefits - Family friendly atmosphere (family comes first) - A lot of women in leadership positions - Everyone working remote so communication is great across the board - Traveling to LA (if not in LA) at least twice a year to see teams in person - Inclusive environment. Many cohorts to support parents, people of color, women, and LGBTQ+ people. - Large clients and a large variety of work - People always willing to improve processes, procedures, and efficiency - Work during busy seasons capped at 55 hours

People are fun at work parties and other social events.

Cons

They are understaffed for their workload and as such, will assign you more work than you have capacity for. When you fail, there isn't any support for leadership, they won't give you timely feedback to correct any issues and won't allow you time to fix any issues when you finally get formal feedback (saw this issue at my level and for employees at lower levels). You also won't get any credit for how much you are working, so wouldn't suggest doing more than absolutely needed.
