- Flexibility in terms of day start and end times. - Casual and friendly teams.

Cons

- No effective performance evaluation system and management. You can get promoted by staying longer. - More non for profit and private company exposure with SOPs. Less learning exposure of technical accounting and other industries.

People are fun at work parties and other social events.

Cons

They are understaffed for their workload and as such, will assign you more work than you have capacity for. When you fail, there isn't any support for leadership, they won't give you timely feedback to correct any issues and won't allow you time to fix any issues when you finally get formal feedback (saw this issue at my level and for employees at lower levels). You also won't get any credit for how much you are working, so wouldn't suggest doing more than absolutely needed.
