Pros
Everyone is so friendly. I've had many work environments where people are nice, but I feel like everyone here wants each other to succeed and wants to develop relationships. there's a big emphasis on connection within the firm, but the environment makes that effortless. they really do everything they can to set you up for success and are very open to new ideas and suggestions. for me personally, I haven't witnessed any of the negative feedback I've seen on glassdoor, but that is just my personal experience. I'm writing this review because they asked me to after my 90-day evaluation survey. I haven't seen any pressure to write reviews anywhere else. I chose to write this because I like this company and I like the people I work with. They are very flexible, and only require you to go into the office once a week. The office is super nice and I actually enjoy going in.
Cons
Engagement - I'm really not a fan of this system Processes, Procedures, Resources - I am finding this difficult to keep straight. There are almost too many resources and they are difficult to locate and know which ones are most up to date, so I guess I agree with the other reviews about being disorganized, but they are also super organized in other areas. (I'm still relatively new so this could just be a learning curve). Additionally, all the training for new hires are videos, which are great but there needs to be written resources as well to allow for quick reference.
