There is okay people that work at the company

Cons

There is nothing positive about this company. The positive reviews are written by management or by people who have equity in the company. The CEO is driven by psycho emotions he cannot control and surrounds himself by yes men. The client is blamed for everything as well as OPS is constantly behind and overworked. They cut pay because they are losing money and contracts left and right.

Pay is okay. Coworkers are okay if you want to get started in the IT field

Cons

This company is shrinking and burning through the workforce. The company is losing clients and contracts. The good reviews are managers and the leadership is toxic. Will not recommend at all. The CEO literally said “idk why people have hobbies, fish when you are retired”. Most dysfunctional place I’ve ever seen.
