We’re always working to evolve our benefits, opportunities, offices, and culture so that everyone is excited about coming to work every day. To that point, we’re deeply focused on enabling GLGers to grow their careers here, and we’re strengthening our L&D programs and helping people understand and develop their career paths in pursuit of that goal. That said, our core values – especially curiosity and learning – mean that some employees will take what they have learned and go elsewhere to pursue particular career objectives. We’re very supportive of these efforts, and proud that our alumni have gone on to exciting roles at top startups, financial services firms, and tech companies, among others.
