Pros
- Honestly, really not much. You get to speak with very intelligent people on a daily basis, however it’s just surface level communication. You are essentially a glorified facilitator.
Cons
Oh boy… I can talk for hours here. Horrendous management, they don’t listen to a word their employees say and consistently do what’s best for them. Work life balance is terrible especially with the low pay. The longer you stay, the further you pigeon hole yourself professionally. Professional growth is probably the biggest con I can think of. Extremely minimal pay increases, zero opportunity to actually grow your professional brand and professional knowledge.
