Pros
Relaxed environment, I personally enjoy my team lead and senior management.
Cons
Stuck in some era that isn't servicing the culture of GMF. Can't telework, no disability or much vacation time, pay is not adequate for region, not ergonomic, managers have their own bathroom and lunch room and they don't make themselves easily accessible, it creates a class divide. Very strict with being late, will dock minutes off time sheet. Team leaders often are new in the role and while they may have great knowledge, it is evident it is their first management role and they could benefit from management training.
