Cons
Along with other fellow workers, we are the upfront victims of the incompetent executive management who were responsible for the "upgrade" earlier this year. You can't blame the customers since their complaints are totally valid. There are major flaws including customers checking the paperless billing but failing to check that they want email billings since they won't get them by mail. I honestly believe this was done by the senior management of the company so that people would miss payments and could be charged late fees, etc. A lot of us in our 20s and 30s, have never witnessed such anger from customers. And the senior management could care less. I'm finishing law school and going full time next year. So I will be out of here.
