Most of the data is manually inputs into 3 areas: Project application, excel sheets and emails. PM are responsible for delivery but has no power to make decisions All project reporting is communicted by mangement that rarely has knowledge of the true status of the projects. Very little room for advancement unless you have been with the company for several years. Training is designed for inexperienced personnal - usually soft skills - No techinical training.
